brain seem to be not in working condition...</span><br /><span style="color: blue;">Had beem trying very hard to get myself prepared for exams...</span><br /><span style="color: blue;">Hopefully can pass for my 2 paper...*crossed-finger</span><br /><br /><span style="color: blue;">Currently, i am having my school term break, but only last for 3 weeks...</span><br /><span style="color: blue;">Another 2 more weeks, i will be starting new school term again...</span><br /><span style="color: blue;">So far, i am enjoying my studies, which is a good thing...</span><br /><br /><span style="color: blue;">For now, i really want to go for a nice massage and holiday...:)</span><br /><span style="color: blue;">I am still thinking of places to go...</span><br /><span style="color: been busy for the past few weeks...<br />Preparing for my assignment for submission...<br />Preparing for mid-term exam as well as group assignment after that...<br /><br />My last day of work is official on 31 May 2010...<br />However, i have to rush off to my school as i was having exam on that day...<br />Finally went back to do my clearance on 4 June 2010...<br />Can't imagine the HR dept is sooooo s**k...<br />I suppose to look for such particular person but was not around...<br />Then a colleague,who i suppose is a newbie, came to assist me and ask why am i there...<br />To do my clearance, i have to go all over my company compound before i finish doing my clearance...<br />And it took me a few hours to do it...<br />Why can't they have a ONE-STOP place for me to submit everything...<br />There is also an exit clearance interview and survey to be done...<br />Luckily i told them that i am in a rush if not i do not know how long i need to stay there...<br /><br />Now i know why those staff at the HR dept cannot stay long...<br />As the things there are all cock-up...<br />Everytime, you go, you will be seeing new faces working there...<br />Most of them do not know what is happening or going on...<br />What to do, some more still want us to fill up the survey form to feedback and for them to have low turnover rate...<br />I doubt so...<br /><br />Finally down with 2 paper - OB and Workplace Law...<br />The next one will be the short answer question for Workplace Law which will be held in end June...<br />Hopefully all can pass...<br />I do not expect I or Should I Not...Actually, my employment with my current company is ending soon as is a 1 year contract...<br />Althought, they verbally said that is renewable yearly...<br />However, till now there is not news of the renewing of contract...<br />My colleague actually ask our superior about it...<br />She told us suppose to be automatically renewable...<br />I was like where the **** to be automatically renewable whereby we didnt even sign on the new contract...<br />Is she trying to bluff us or what...<br />Am i just started in Society University...<br />Anyway, based on MOM, it will be AUTOMATICALLY terminated once the contract ended and not automatically renewable...<br />No notice of termination need to be given by either party...<br /><br />For what i am thinking now is, most likely i would not be renewing my contract...<br />Now most importantly is to concentrate on my studies...<br />Even though i am offered a job with a higher pay...<br /><br />I will just consider on all this issues...<br />Just like what my lecturer had told us "do what you WANT and not what you PREFER"<br />And this is so true...<br /><br />And for now, i need to think of how to write for my i have not been meeting them for quite some times...<br /><br />First time to Min Jiang for Dim Sum...<br />It is a dim sum buffet which cost S$46.00 per pax...<br />I find that the varieties of selection is limited...<br />Not much choice of selections compared to those other dim sum restaurants...<br /><br />One of them in the group is so well prepared...<br />Guess what that person has prepared - is plastic bag...<br />When we saw it, we can stop laughing and we actually give that person a -_-" look...<br />Those un-finished foods, that person "ta-pau" in the plastic back and brought home as is Mother's Day and to let mummy sample whether the dim sum is nice o not...<br /><br />Now my pals are planning for the next eating session...<br />Some suggested Raffles Hotel, while to School...Wooo...<br />After graduated 5 years ago, finally back to school again...<br />Actually, the feeling is so good...<br />Back to school days whereby there are lectures, assignments, exams, etc...<br />Unlike in a working society...<br />Guess what, on my first lesson on Organisation Behaviour, the lecturer required us to form groups of 4-6 for assignment...<br />We having even warm up for lectures...<br />Till the second lectures, we still having queries on what to do for our assignment...<br />What information we need, what we need to state in presentation, etc...<br /><br />As for my second module-Workplace Law, the lecturer is still as lively as before...<br />We do not even get a chance to fall asleep during his lesson...<br />The lecturer make his effort to make the class as interesting as possible...<br />I attending his bridging module and find that he is a superb lecturer...<br />He makes sure that his students will understand what is he teaching and what is the topic about...<br />I really salute him...<br /><br />Now all i can say is have to study hard and pass for all modules...<br />Target is to gradute within 16 months, which is able to gradute in
